📚 WCHT · OMP-native Company Knowledge Base

WCHT (“wiki chat”) turns the tutorial How to Build a Company Knowledge Base (Full Tutorial) (Dave Ebbelaar) into an OMP-native knowledge base: extracted sources, a local-first SQLite FTS5 index, mandatory citations, an eval set, and project skills (kb-answer, kb-ingest).
